We brought our toddler in a stroller and it was way easier than I expected. The paths were mostly smooth, there were ramps wherever we needed them, and enough shady spots to take breaks. It literally made our zoo day so much less stressful.

We really enjoyed the keeper talks. They made it fun and easy to follow, and the kids actually stayed interested the whole time.

This has been a really good value for us. It does what we need without costing too much, which makes it a practical choice and easy to feel good about

We did the boat tour at Naples Zoo and it was okay, nothing terrible or anything. We saw a few animals, and the guide seemed nice and did their best, but the whole thing felt kind of rushed. It was also a bit crowded, so you’re sitting there trying to look around while everyone’s moving and talking. Basically, it was fine, but after waiting for it, I thought there would be a little more to it.

I took my kids here last weekend, and overall we had a good time. Most of the zoo felt safe, and there were plenty of staff around, which helped me relax a bit… though of course with kids, you never fully relax, especially when they suddenly decide the next exhibit is urgent. Some of the paths got crowded, and there were a few railings or signs near the animal areas that were easy to miss if you weren’t paying close attention. Nothing bad happened, thankfully, but I did find myself watching the kids more closely than I expected. It’s a nice zoo, I just wish some of the safety directions were a little clearer

We had a really nice time at Naples Zoo. I was a little stressed going in because it was hot and I felt pressured to make sure the kids didn’t get overheated or cranky, but the amount of shade made such a difference. A lot of the paths had trees or covered spots, so we could stop and cool off without having to search around for a place to stand. It made the whole day feel way easier and more relaxed. Definitely 5 stars from us.

Parking was easy, and it was just a short walk to the entrance. Nice.

We went to the Naples Zoo on a weekend and it was definitely busy, especially around the primates and the food spots. Buuut we still got to see everything we wanted, just had to wait a bit in a few areas. The paths weren’t packed the whole time, so it didn’t feel too overwhelming. I’d totally go again, just maybe eaaarlier next time

They had a nice selection overall, but I kind of felt pressured to pick something quickly. I just wish they had more shirt sizes available because I found a few styles I liked, but not in the size I needed

Had a small issue with our tickets when we got there, but the customer service team was super helpful and got it fixed fast. They were friendly and didn’t make us feel like it was a huge problem or anything, which I appreciated tbh. Only giving 4 stars because the line was moving kinda slow at first, but overall it was a good experience and the staff genuinely seemed to care.

Took the kids here we all had a really nice time. It was easy to walk around, the animals looked well cared for, and there was plenty of shade, which was a big plus. The food was a little pricey, but that’s kind of expected at places like this. Overall, a fun and easy day out, we’d definitely go again.

The ramps definitely made things easier and I appreciated having them available. That said, a few of the paths were bumpy, so it wasn’t as smooth or comfortable as I hoped. Overall, helpful setup, but there’s room for improvement

A couple of them helped us find our way around and answered our questions without making us feel like we were bothering them or anything. It just made the whole visit feel easy and relaxed, which I appreciated. Only giving 4 stars because it was a little busy that day, so... yeah, not perfect, but still a good experience.

For a busy zoo, I thought the restrooms would be a lot worse. The sinks and floors looked like they were being kept up, which I know other families and visitors probably appreciate too. A couple of the stalls could’ve used more toilet paper, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it was cleaner than most places like this

It wasn’t terrible or anything, but the snacks were kind of bland. i had a feeling they’d be underwhelming going in, and this basically confirmed it for me. Not the worst, just nothing I’d really crave again.

We had such a great time!!! The shows were really funny and easy to follow, which was perfect for the kids!!! They were laughing the whole time and absolutely loved it!!!

The paths were easy and it ended up being a really relaxing time. I will say, it still felt like a bit of effort to get there and get started, which was kind of annoying, but once I was on the trail it was nice and peaceful.

I was a little unsure at first and kept wondering if the tickets would feel worth it, but they really did. We saw plenty, the kids had a great time, and we ended up spending hours there without feeling like we’d been ripped off. It was nice to leave feeling reassured that it was money well spent.

We had a really great day here. My kids absolutely loved feeding the giraffes, and the boat ride was a big hit too. It was easy to walk around without feeling stressful, and there was plenty to keep them entertained the whole time. Definitely a place I’d feel good recommending for families

Overall, the zoo was clean and we had a decent time walking around. The only thing that really bothered me was the restrooms, which were kind of messy compared to the rest of the place. Also, some of the signs and communication around where to go weren’t very clear, which got a little annoying after a while.
